Since day one of season one
Crazed was founded by an org manager tired of watching good players, staff and artists get passed over because nobody was actually representing them.
The story
Our founder used to run operations for a mid-size Fortnite org — scheduling scrims, chasing sponsors, and watching genuinely talented people get overlooked because they didn't have anyone in their corner. The IGL with no manager. The GFX artist doing full rebrands for "exposure." The community manager holding a 10k-member server together with no contract and no backup.
So she started signing them directly. No office, no suits — just a Discord server, a shared calendar, and a habit of actually returning messages. A few seasons later, Crazed represents competitive players, org staff, and GFX/VFX artists who all get the same thing: someone who reads the whole application before saying no.
The name came from a scrim block that went sideways in the best way — a coach called the lobby "a crazed one" after a comeback nobody called. It stuck.
How we operate
We advocate in the org's DMs, not just after the deal's done. If a contract is wrong for you, we say so before you sign it.
Every applicant gets a response within 24 hours, tryout or not, deal or not. Silence isn't a management style.
If the VOD isn't tournament-ready, we'll tell you. If the org's offer is bad, we'll tell you that too. Flattery doesn't win series.
Players play for a reason, artists design for a reason. We negotiate rates like they matter — because they pay rent.
The desk
Small team, direct access. You will never be handed off to someone you've never talked to.
Founder & Head of Player Ops
Ex-org operations manager, ran scrim blocks and rosters for three seasons before going independent. Signs on tape, backs it with a contract.
Head of Sponsorships
Negotiated hardware and brand deals for over thirty players and orgs. Reads fine print for fun, which is exactly the point.
Head of Creative (GFX/VFX)
Former org art director. Knows what separates a rate-worthy portfolio from a good-for-now one.
